Ford Territory
Ford released the first generation Territory in April 2004. Modeled off the style of vehicles sold in the U.S and also by the same person that designed the BA Falcon, the Territory was a massive success. The SX came in 3 variants, the TX which was the base model, the TS which had a family safety package and finally the Ghia which was the top of the range luxury package.

Common Issues Options
Ford Territory
In October 2005 the Ford Territory received a mechanical upgrade. These features included more engine power, a newer transmission in the AWD setup and a reversing camera. This stayed the same until the middle of 2006 when Ford introduced a turbo model 4.0 litre engine. The SY series 2 was released in 2009 with a new facelift with a new front end, interior trim changes and a better suspension design

Ford Territory
In April of 2011 Ford introduced a major redesign of the Territory. With changes to the exterior, interior, mechanical, performance, suspension and a range of other tweaks as well as the introduction of the Titanium model it is easy to see why this vehicle became so popular. The Territory SZ received a few changes with it’s series 2 in which would become the last Territory ever made after Ford Australia stopped producing vehicles.
